1. We pledge to provide a courteous service and be always ready to help;

2. All applications for buildings will be processed within 3 months, provided that it has come attached with complete documentations and approval from the authorities;

3. All applications for licenses and permits will be processed within 2 months provided that it has come with complete documentations.

4. Garbage collection is done twice weekly for city area and thrice weekly for housing areas efficiently;

5. Bill payment process using the One Spot Bill Payment System (Sistem Bayaran Bil Setempat) is done under 2 minutes; and

6. Purchase and service bills will be cleared within 3 weeks from the date received.
